Our Work and Life Skills centre is open to everyone over 18 and we offer a wide range of classes and sessions. These include practical skills such as cooking, DIY, IT and interview skills. As well as soft skills such as building confidence, resilience, teamwork and communication. We also have regular health-related sessions.
