Join us on Saturday 21 June, the longest day of the year for a truly special experience – our second annual Solstice Sunset Swim. Our evening will be an opportunity to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself and others.
Buy your tickets today – this event sold out very quickly last year.
Enjoy a refreshing drink on arrival before taking part in a deeply relaxing guided meditation and soul-soothing sound bath. Then it’s time for the mindful sunset swim (or dip, if you prefer) and we are sure you’ll leave revitalised! There will also be a mobile sauna available to soothe your muscles afterwards.

Spaces are limited – book quickly
Date and time – 21 June, from 7:00pm
Location – Dinton Pastures Activity Centre (RG10 0TH)
Cost – £25* to enjoy yoga, meditation, sound bath and swim/dip (*group discounts are available if you book for three or more people – discount will be applied at the checkout). For an additional £5 you can enjoy the Horse Box Sauna and cold plunge – slots are limited so book quick! (You can add this as an extra when you book your places.)
If you’d rather not swim, why not come and watch and take part in the guided meditation and sound bath and soak up the atmosphere for just £15.
Minimum age – This event is suitable for anyone aged 14 or older. Please note that under 18s must be accompanied by an adult
Refreshments – There will be light refreshments available
Parking – You can park at the centre, but please note, there are parking charges between 6am & 10pm
Date If you want to swim – Please bring your own tow float, you can buy these at most large sport shops. (If you do not have a tow float you won’t be able to swim.)
