Pancake Race 2027
30 years of flipping!
2027’s Pancake Race is particularly special as we celebrate our 30th race anniversary.
We’re planning to make a real splash with an even bigger event and plenty of opportunities for local businesses to get involved.
Sign up, and as ever you’ll compete against teams from companies and organisations across Reading, cheered on by enthusiastic crowds of spectators as you race for glory and our coveted trophy.
In 2026, 23 teams of four represented businesses and organisations from across Reading, battling it out for the title. After a series of closely fought races, the trophy was claimed by Air IT.
As part of our milestone celebrations, we’re also offering businesses the opportunity to advertise on our crowd control barriers around the race route for an additional fee. This will provide excellent visibility for your organisation while demonstrating your support for Launchpad’s work helping people rebuild their lives after homelessnes,
