We are delighted to announce that this year’s Carols by Candlelight will take place on Tuesday 1 December.

Our fantastically festive evening will be held at the beautiful Great Hall on the University of Reading’s London Road campus.

Doors will open at 5pm and the performances will start at 6pm. This will give you time to buy your raffle tickets, find your seats and make yourselves comfortable.

This heartwarmingly festive event will be hosted by Launchpad patron and TV presenter Matt Allwright, alongside our very own Head of Fundraising, Kirsti Wilson.

We’ve invited the joyful Reading Gospel Choir and fabulous youth choir, Universal Voices to perform a selection of Christmas classics for you and you’ll also hear some festive readings and inspiring stories about Launchpad’s work with people in housing crisis.

Every ticket sale for this unmissable evening will help Launchpad continue to provide homes for Reading’s most vulnerable this winter. Launchpad’s supported housing offers warm, clean, and safe accommodation for over 111 people in need – which are a lifeline to the many individuals, couples, and families at risk of, or who have already lost their homes.
