“It’s impossible not to constantly think about everyone sitting down with their friends and family and eating until they’re stuffed.

“Whilst there are some great people working hard to ensure you can get a meal, Christmas day is just so much tougher than the rest of the year. Its hard to express just how isolated you feel.

“After some very difficult years I will be spending this Christmas at home – my home. This is down to the dedicated team at Launchpad. They supported me until I was able to move on from the chaotic lifestyle that had led to me living rough. I just can’t thank them enough.

“I’m really proud to be part of their Christmas appeal. I know first-hand the impact they have – I know that they can get results, even when issues seem overwhelming.”
